Internachi accredited, Certified Professional Inspector, National Red Seal Journeyman Plumber and Gas Fitter. As a residential home and commercial building property inspector, I bring vast trade-related knowledge in both construction and facility maintenance. With over a decade worth of experience, ensuring meticulous attention to detail, I am prompt in delivering high quality, thorough, reliable, trustworthy inspections. Being a homeowner myself and a dedicated father, I understand the importance of and prioritize a safe and well-maintained property.
Pre-Inspection Preparation
To ensure a smooth inspection process, we recommend that our clients prepare the property for inspection by clearing access to areas such as the attic, basement, and garage, and ensuring that all utilities are turned on.
Inspection Report
After the inspection, we provide our clients with a detailed report that outlines the condition of the property and any defects or issues that were found during the inspection. Our reports are easy to understand and include photos and recommendations for repairs or further evaluation.
Consultation
We are available to discuss the inspection report with our clients and answer any questions they may have. Our goal is to ensure that our clients have a clear understanding of the condition of the property and can make informed decisions.
Follow-Up
We believe in building long-term relationships with our clients and are available to provide follow-up support and advice even after the inspection is complete.
